1. Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• We currently don’t ship on Sundays.
• All subscription orders include free delivery.

3. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times depend on location. All customs duties and taxes are covered by EVRA to give you a smooth, hassle-free delivery experience.

4. Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activation.
