1. MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED

While rare, damage can happen during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 20 days of delivery.

Email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or short video showing the damage

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
You do not need to return the damaged product.

2. I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER

If this is your first EVRA purchase and the product isn’t right for you, we offer a 20-day satisfaction guarantee.

Contact us within 20 days of delivery, include your order number and a brief reason, and we’ll guide you through the refund process for your first order.

If you experience any other issue, please reach out to us directly.

Include:

  • A brief description of the issue
