Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is what matters most. All Evra Magnetics products come with a three years warranty. Should a product fail to meet your expectations, you can return it for any reason within 30 days. All returns are subject to our return policy.

Exchange a Product:

You may exchange an item for a different size or product(s) within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us for help with your exchange.

 

Return a Product:

Should a product fail to meet your expectations, you can return it for any reason within 30 days from the date of receiving the order. Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' (RMA) number. This ensures your return will be processed quickly. Items returned without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

We understand shipping delays by the carrier are possible, and for this reason, all return items should be post-marked before the stated 30 day time period. Return items sent back after this period will not be accepted.

All refunds will be credited using your original payment method. Refunds are processed in 10-20 business days after receipt of your return.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling fees, except under certain conditions. Orders that may have qualified for free shipping promotions will be charged back for the actual shipping and handling costs incurred.

 

Non-Returnable Products:

Items that have been laundered, modified, soiled, or damaged are not returnable. Damage includes, but is not limited to: rips, tears, stains and strong odors (e.g. tobacco smoke).

 

How to Return a Product:

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from customer service Include a copy of your invoice, packing slip, or a reference to your order number Include all original packaging, instructions, accessories, and any related promotional items or free gifts.

For your protection, we recommend all returns be shipped by an insured carrier with package tracking (ex. DHL, FedEx).

Be sure to keep the tracking information for your records. Evra Magnetics is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipment.
